Terms and Conditions - Pilates

By booking and attending Pilates classes with CE Physio, you agree to the following terms:

1. Payment & Booking

Classes are booked in blocks of 6 sessions.

The full block must be paid for in advance to secure your place.

Payment is non-refundable and non-transferable, even if you are unable to attend one or more sessions. This policy ensures your space is reserved for the full block.

2. Participation & Responsibility

Pilates is a safe and low-impact form of exercise when performed correctly. During each class, the instructor will provide clear cues, prompts, and posture corrections to help you perform exercises safely.

By taking part, you accept responsibility for listening to these instructions and working within your own limits.

If you experience discomfort or delayed soreness after class, this is a normal response to exercise and is not the responsibility of the instructor.

Your baby is your responsibility during the class and when at the venue.

3. Injuries & Safety

While every effort is made to keep the class environment safe, accidents can happen.

Should an incident such as a slip, trip, or fall occur, please note that the instructor holds appropriate Public Liability Insurance (PLI) to cover such events.

It is your responsibility to inform the instructor of any pre-existing health conditions, injuries, or concerns before class.

4. General

By attending, you confirm that you are fit to take part and have consulted your GP or healthcare professional where necessary (especially relevant for postnatal participants).

These terms are in place to ensure a safe, supportive, and fair class environment for all.
