1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent/guardian, to participate in our Pilates classes or online services.

2. Health & Medical Disclaimer

2.1. Our Pilates classes and physiotherapy sessions may involve physical activity. You acknowledge that you participate voluntarily and entirely at your own risk.

2.2. Our classes and masterclasses offer general exercise guidance and do not replace personalised medical advice. You should consult a medical professional before starting any new exercise program, especially if you have existing health conditions.

2.3. If you experience pain, dizziness, or discomfort during any activity, you must stop immediately and consult a healthcare provider.

3. Assumption of Risk

By participating in any of our online or in-person activities, you acknowledge and agree that:

Physical exercise carries inherent risks, including injury.

You are responsible for assessing your own physical condition and ensuring the exercises are safe for you.

You must ensure an appropriate, safe environment for participating in virtual sessions.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Chloe Evans – CE Physio, its instructors, employees, and affiliates are not liable for any injuries, damages, losses, or accidents resulting from your participation in virtual Pilates classes, online masterclasses, physiotherapy sessions, or the use of any related content. This includes, but is not limited to:

Personal injury

Property damage

Injuries caused by unsuitable environments or equipment

Injuries due to misunderstanding or misapplying exercises

You participate entirely at your own risk.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

Follow all instructions within your personal physical limits

Modify or stop exercises when needed

Maintain a safe exercise space and use appropriate equipment

Communicate any relevant medical issues before participating

6. Session Recordings

Some live sessions and masterclasses may be recorded for the purpose of providing access to participants who missed a session, or for quality assurance. Where recordings are made:

You will be informed prior to the session that recording is taking place.

Recordings will not be shared publicly without your explicit consent.

Recordings are stored securely and retained only for the duration stated in the course details.

You must not record any session yourself without the express written permission of CE Physio.

If you do not wish to be recorded, please inform us in advance and we will discuss suitable alternatives.

7. Intellectual Property

All video content, exercise plans, written materials, and digital resources remain the property of Chloe Evans – CE Physio. You may not copy, reproduce, share, or distribute any materials without express written permission.

8. Payments & Access

All fees must be paid in full prior to receiving access to classes or masterclasses.

8.1. Standalone Masterclasses

All masterclass purchases are non-refundable once access has been granted or the session has taken place. Please ensure you are able to attend before purchasing. If you are unable to attend a live masterclass, please contact us — at our discretion, we may offer access to a recording where one is available.

8.2. Refund & Cancellation Policy – 8-Week Online Course and 1:1 Sessions

14-Day Cooling-Off Period (UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013)

When you purchase an online course, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of booking and receive a full refund, provided you have not yet accessed the course or attended any live sessions.

If the course begins within the 14-day cooling-off period and you choose to attend live sessions or access materials, you agree that the service has started. If you then cancel within the 14-day period, any refund will be reduced to reflect the classes already delivered or accessed.

After the 14-Day Period

After the 14-day cooling-off period has passed, payments are non-refundable. However, we understand that circumstances can change. If during the 8-week course you feel unable to continue for any reason, please contact us as soon as possible. At our discretion, we may offer one of the following:

A partial refund for any remaining weeks not yet delivered (minus classes already attended)

A credit toward a future course, or

A percentage refund based on the remaining value of the course

Refunds or credits will be calculated by deducting the cost of sessions already attended and any reasonable administrative costs.

Missed Sessions

Missed live sessions are non-refundable. Where recordings are provided, these will remain available for the duration stated in the course details.

How to Request a Cancellation or Refund

All cancellation and refund requests must be made in writing by email to [email protected]. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–14 working days.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

9. Modifications to Services

We may change, update, or discontinue classes, programmes, or content at any time. Where possible, we will provide advance notice of any significant changes.

10. Complaints

If you have a complaint about any aspect of our service, please contact us in the first instance at [email protected]. We aim to acknowledge all complaints within 5 working days and resolve them within 28 days.
