BEYOND KEGELS · Doors close Sunday 26 July, 10pm

You've done the squeezing. Now do the work that helps.

Weekly prolapse safe pelvic floor Pilates classes, taught by a pelvic health physio who will never tell you to just do your kegels. £35 a month, locked for life if you join before Sunday. £49 after.

You know now why kegels haven't worked.

A pelvic floor can be tense and weak at the same time. Squeezing a muscle that's already gripping doesn't build strength. It builds more grip.

Knowing that is one thing. You still need somewhere to do the actual work. Every week. With someone guiding you who knows exactly what a prolapse needs.

That's what this is.

What's inside

A live Pilates class every week

Built for prolapse. Release and breath first, then whole-body strength. Modifications for every level. Can't make it live? Every class is recorded.

A monthly Q&A with me and guest speakers

Bring the question you've been too embarrassed to ask your GP. I'll answer it properly. Plus a guest expert every month.

Every class, kept. Build your own routine around work, school runs, life.

A private community

Why is this different?

It's all about the order.

First, we let go. Jaw, shoulders, ribs, pelvic floor. You can't strengthen a muscle that never stops working.

Then we breathe. Your breath and your pelvic floor move together. Get one working and the other follows.

Then we build. Glutes, legs, back, core. Your pelvic floor doesn't work alone. It works as part of a system, and the system is what carries you through the day.

Kegels come last, if they come at all. And by then, they actually work.

From women who've done this work with me in clinic and on my 8-week course

What women say

"The prolapse has not reversed but I am only aware of it a couple of times a week instead of all the time. By the fourth week I suddenly realised I hadn't felt the discomfort for a few days."

— Patricia

"Chloe is the fourth pelvic health physio I have sought advice from but the first to really highlight the importance of relaxing in between pelvic floor contractions. It makes such a difference."

— Course member

"What I thought was a weak pelvic floor was actually tight."

— Jo, Scotland

"The Squeezy app had made things worse and this all helped."

— Claire

"No support from anyone, my doctor or hospital. Chloe was a life saver for me to manage my symptoms."

— Tracy

"Kegels were a huge chore with no benefits. The advice I'd been given was starting to make no sense."

— Jenny, who rated her symptoms "severe" before the course and "very mild" after

Is this for you?

This is for you if:

  • You have a grade 1 to 3 prolapse, or heaviness and dragging nobody's put a name to yet
  • You've done the kegels and got nowhere
  • You've stopped exercising because you're scared of making it worse
  • You want a plan and a person, not another leaflet

I work with women from their 30s to their 90s. Post-menopause is not too late.

This isn't the right fit if:

You have a grade 4 or 5 prolapse. You need more than a group class, and I'd be doing you a disservice pretending otherwise. Book a 1:1 assessment instead: email [email protected]

About Chloe

I'm Chloe Evans, chartered physiotherapist. Qualified 2009. Seventeen years in clinic, the last five specialising in pelvic health, and twelve years teaching Pilates.

I built this membership because I got sick of watching women handed a kegel leaflet and sent away. I know what being fobbed off feels like from the other side of the couch too.

FAQ

I've tried everything. Why would this be different?
Because everything you've tried started with squeezing. This starts with letting go.
Will exercise make my prolapse worse?
Every exercise in every class is chosen and modified with prolapse in mind. You work at your level, and you'll never be told to push through heaviness. The bigger risk to your body is another five years of not moving.
What if I can't make the live class?
Every class is recorded and goes into the library. Plenty of members will only ever use the recordings.
When is the live class each week?
Thursday, 12.15 pm UK time, on Zoom.
Can I cancel?
Yes, anytime. No minimum term, no awkward phone call. You can do it from your membership portal or by emailing [email protected]
I'm post-menopause. Is this still for me?
Yes. Many of the women I work with are post-menopause. The approach doesn't change. The modifications do.
What happens after I join?
You'll get a welcome email, a short intake form, and an invite to the community. Your first live class is Thursday 12.15 pm UK time.
Is this medical treatment?
No. It's group exercise guidance from a chartered physiotherapist. It's not personal medical advice and doesn't replace an individual assessment.

£35 a month, locked for life. Until Sunday, 10pm.

After that it's £49 and the founding rate is gone for good.
