You've done the kegels. You're still heavy, still leaking, still guarding your body.

Beyond Kegels is weekly prolapse-safe Pilates with a pelvic health physio, plus a live Q&A with me every week, so you finally know what you're doing and why. Move again without bracing for what happens after.

Why nothing's shifted yet

Your pelvic floor can be tense and weak at the same time. Tense enough to ache. Weak enough to leak.

Kegels only ever address one half of that. So if you've been squeezing for months and getting nowhere, or quietly getting worse, it isn't that you didn't try hard enough. You were strengthening a muscle that was already gripping and needed to let go first.

That's the bit nobody explains. And it's the bit that changes everything about what you should be doing next.

Why this is different

It's all about the order

Strength matters. It just doesn't work until the tension's gone. Every class in Beyond Kegels is built in this sequence, so you're never asked to load a pelvic floor that isn't ready for it.

1

Release

Teach a gripping pelvic floor how to let go. This is where most people should have started.

2

Breathe

Get your breath and your pelvic floor working together instead of against each other.

3

Build

Whole-body strength. Hips, glutes, deep core. Your pelvic floor doesn't work alone.

4

Then target

Now the targeted pelvic floor work does what it was supposed to do all along.

What your week looks like

Two fixed points in the diary. Both with me.

Not a video library you'll mean to get round to. Two live sessions a week, same time, so it actually becomes a habit.

Tuesday

Weekly Q&A on WhatsApp

12pm to 1pm

Bring your actual question about your actual body. Ask me anything for the hour, in the group, in writing. No booking, no waiting weeks for an appointment, no starting from scratch explaining your history. If you can't make the hour, drop your question in beforehand and read the answer later.

Thursday

Live Pilates class

12.15pm on Zoom

Prolapse-safe, physio-led, and I can see you. That means options offered in the moment for your body, not a generic video shouting at you. Can't make it live? Every class is recorded and in the library within the day.

What you get

Everything included in your membership

Live weekly Pilates

Thursdays at 12.15pm, taught live by a chartered pelvic health physio. Prolapse-safe by design, not by disclaimer.

Weekly Q&A with me

Tuesdays 12 to 1 on WhatsApp. Your questions answered by a physio, every single week.

Full class library

Every class recorded and kept. Short sessions for the days you've got ten minutes, longer ones for when you don't.

Monthly guest experts

Specialists on the things that sit alongside prolapse and pelvic floor symptoms, brought in so you're not googling at midnight.

The private community

A private community of women who already get it. No explaining yourself from the beginning every time.

Relax and Breathe app

Your pelvic floor tension tool. Balloon breathing, daily check-in, symptom tracking, in your pocket.

Honest fit

Who this is for, and who it isn't

Join if

  • You've been told to do your kegels and nothing's changed.
  • You've got a prolapse, heaviness, leaking or pelvic pain and you want to move without making it worse.
  • You've stopped doing things you used to love because you're not sure what's safe.
  • You want a physio in your corner every week, not a PDF.
  • You'd rather understand your body than follow instructions blindly.

This isn't the right thing if

  • You have a grade 4 prolapse. You need 1:1 care first, so email me instead and we'll sort the right route.
  • You're less than 6 weeks postnatal and haven't been checked yet.
  • You've got new or unexplained symptoms your GP hasn't looked at.
  • You want a personalised rehab plan built around only you. That's my 1:1 programme, not this.
  • You want it fixed by Friday. This is slow, steady work that holds.

Who's teaching

Hi, I'm Chloe

I'm a chartered physiotherapist and a Pilates instructor. Qualified 17 years, the last five specialising in pelvic health, and twelve years teaching Pilates. Most weeks in clinic I meet the same woman: she's done her kegels religiously, for months, and her symptoms are worse.

She isn't doing them wrong. She's been given half the picture. A pelvic floor that's already braced doesn't need more squeezing, it needs to release first, and then build strength through the whole body around it.

I built Beyond Kegels so that work doesn't only happen to the handful of women who can get a 1:1 appointment with me. Same method, same order, every week, for the price of one coffee a week.

In their words

Women who came to me after the kegels didn't work

These are from women who've done my pelvic floor Pilates course or worked with me 1:1. Same method, same order, taught weekly inside the membership. Shared with their permission.

Chloe is the fourth pelvic health physio I have sought advice from but the first to really highlight the importance of relaxing in between pelvic floor contractions and it makes such a difference. Course member
I have found Chloe's support through the online community invaluable. This course is enabling me to move forward and regain control and confidence. Learning to relax, understanding the building blocks to strengthen supporting muscles and when to exhale during movement are invaluable lessons that Chloe's sessions excel at. She's always there to answer questions and offer helpful tips to suit individual needs. Personally I've noticed improvement with my symptoms… Katherine
Chloe is a brilliant teacher, she demonstrates the exercises very clearly and explains how to do the exercises really well and how not to do them, which is equally important. She is a fun teacher and has great access to live classes or the recorded videos. She has really helped me. Emma
What I thought was a weak pelvic floor was actually tight. Jo in Scotland
I had completely stopped exercising for fear of making my prolapse worse… I feel so much stronger in my legs, glutes, back and pelvic floor… Julie
Confidence in doing exercises correctly and evidence that my muscles responded so much better as a result was a huge confidence and moral booster. Severe to very mild Jenny

Questions before you join

I can't make Thursdays at 12.15. Is it still worth it?

Yes. Every live class is recorded and added to the library the same day, so you can do it whenever suits. The Tuesday Q&A works the same way: post your question in the group beforehand and read the answer in your own time.

I've never done Pilates. Will I be lost?

No. Classes are taught for bodies with symptoms, not for people who already know the moves. I talk you through everything and offer options as we go.

Is it safe with a prolapse?

That's exactly who it's built for. Nothing in the programme loads your pelvic floor before it's ready, and I give you alternatives in the moment. If you have a grade 4 prolapse, email me first, because you need 1:1 care rather than a group class.

Will this fix my prolapse?

I won't promise you a change in grade, and be wary of anyone who does. What this work targets is symptoms: the heaviness, the dragging, the leaking, the fear of lifting or running. Most women come here because they want their days back, and that's what we work on.

How much time does it take each week?

One 45-minute live class, plus whatever short sessions from the library you want to add. Ten minutes on the days you have ten minutes is genuinely fine. Consistency does more than length.

Can I ask about my own symptoms in the Q&A?

Yes, and please do. It's a group setting so it's education rather than a personal assessment or diagnosis, but you'll get a physio's answer to your actual situation. If you need something more individual, I'll tell you and point you to the right option.

What happens after I join?

You'll get a welcome email with your portal login, a short health intake form to complete, and an invite to the community. The form matters, so please fill it in before your first class.

Can I cancel?

Any time. It's rolling monthly, you cancel from your own account, and there's no notice period and no awkward conversation. You keep access until the end of the month you've paid for.

You've already given kegels a year. Give this one month.

Same time every Tuesday. Same time every Thursday. A physio who knows your history and a room full of women who don't need it explained.
