Pelvic Floor Pilates

With women who understand

If you’re a woman in your 30s - 70s navigating perimenopause, menopause and a prolapse or incontinence that feels like it’s slowly taking over your life… you’re not alone.

And you don’t have to keep guessing what makes your symptoms worse, avoiding movement out of fear, or planning your days around a pressure or heaviness that shouldn’t be calling all the shots.

Let me make this really straightforward:
There is something you can do. You don’t have to just “put up with it.” And your body is absolutely capable of feeling safe, strong, and supported again.

01

Listen & Understand Your Needs

We start by assessing your symptoms, your goals, and what’s most important to you. I’ll look for anything you can do straight away to help ease symptoms.

This means you’ll finally understand what’s contributing to your prolapse and how to take control.

02

Relax & Strengthen

In small Pilates sessions, I adapt everything to suit your body. You’ll learn how your pelvic floor and surrounding muscles work, and how to move safely to reduce symptoms.

This means you’ll build strength and confidence without fear of making things worse.

03

Longevity & Support

You’ll learn exactly what to do long-term to keep symptoms at bay - plus you get lifetime access to all recordings.

This means you’ll always have tools you can return to, even years from now.

Imagine if you could...

01

go shopping without worrying your prolapse symptoms will flare

02

exercise with confidence instead of wondering if every move will make things worse

03

feel in control of your body again

04

plan days out knowing you are in charge, not your symptoms

05

use simple techniques the moment symptoms appear - and ease them fast

Why choose me

Hi, I’m Chloe - a physiotherapist since 2009, a pelvic health specialist, and a Pilates teacher who cares deeply about helping women feel connected to their bodies again.

-

I started my career in private practice and even worked as an on-tour physio for Shrek the Musical. After my daughter was born in 2019, I retrained in pelvic health because I saw first-hand how many women were being dismissed, overlooked, or told their symptoms were just “normal after having a baby” or "because of their age".

Sound familiar?

Since then, I’ve helped women with prolapse, urge and stress incontinence, pelvic floor dysfunction, and more. And I’m tired of how many women are left with poor advice, no support, and the belief that nothing can change.

Something can be done.

And no - you do not have to settle for living with symptoms forever.

THE REVIEWS FROM REAL PEOPLE

Sally B

In my mid 60s I was finding life post menopause challenging, especially with pelvic floor issues. Chloe’s course helped me tremendously . The group was small and similar in need to me. Chloe made very clear how the body worked and aged. She has many strategies to build strength and improve breathing. Her expertise is excellent and she shares her knowledge well. In doing so it is apparent that there is much info on the internet that is not suitable for folk like me and to be avoided. Very grateful I got the help I needed

I also wanted to say a big thank you for my physio sessions and all the Pilates. My first physio and Pilates sessions were just over a year ago. I am aware that I am in much better physical condition now after all the work -and fun!- we’ve done together. Always more work to do/improvements that can be made - but for now thank you so much for the positive impact on my strength and fitness all your guidance has brought about! The pelvic floor work has been truly illuminating - it’s quite different to what I expected. I think it is already having a positive impact. You can expect to see me at more of those classes in the future too.

I have had pelvic floor issues for years – twin pregnancies and no time for postnatal exercises certainly contributed. I’ve done Pilates on and off for many years but since I ‘found’ Chloe’s class I’ve discovered that my pelvic floor is not a write off! I realise now that I am in control. I’ve also done Chloe’s pelvic floor sessions which have helped me considerably. I am aware of my pelvic floor and use the exercises Chloe has taught to tighten things up at times of stress. Coughing and sneezing are no longer terrifying! I now incorporate pelvic floor exercises into my daily life and really look forward to the classes as I can now multi task with the exercises.

ABOUT ME

I’m Chloe and I'll be helping you become free of your prolapse and incontinence symptoms

Chloe is a pelvic health physiotherapist who began her journey after the birth of her daughter in 2019. Experiencing first-hand the lack of support and guidance in her own postpartum recovery, she retrained in pelvic health with a mission to change that narrative. Since then, she has helped women navigate prolapse, incontinence, overactive bladder, and a wide range of pelvic health concerns. Through her work, Chloe has seen how often women are dismissed, misinformed, or given poor explanations for their symptoms. She is passionate about empowering women with knowledge, confidence, and practical tools-because, as she often says, you can do far more to improve your symptoms than you’ve been led to believe.

Frequently asked Questions

“What if the exercises make my prolapse worse?”

Everything is adapted to your body. You’ll learn how to move safely, confidently, and with proper guidance — not guesswork.

“I’ve done kegels before - why would this be different?”

Because this isn’t just kegels. It’s whole-body, physio-led, personalised movement that supports your pelvic floor and what surrounds it.

“What if I can’t attend live?”

You’ll get lifetime access to every recording, so you can watch anytime.

“Is this just the same as all the other online programmes?”
