I also wanted to say a big thank you for my physio sessions and all the Pilates. My first physio and Pilates sessions were just over a year ago. I am aware that I am in much better physical condition now after all the work -and fun!- we’ve done together. Always more work to do/improvements that can be made - but for now thank you so much for the positive impact on my strength and fitness all your guidance has brought about! The pelvic floor work has been truly illuminating - it’s quite different to what I expected. I think it is already having a positive impact. You can expect to see me at more of those classes in the future too.
