I also wanted to say a big thank you for my physio sessions and all the Pilates. My first physio and Pilates sessions were just over a year ago. I am aware that I am in much better physical condition now after all the work -and fun!- we’ve done together. Always more work to do/improvements that can be made - but for now thank you so much for the positive impact on my strength and fitness all your guidance has brought about! The pelvic floor work has been truly illuminating - it’s quite different to what I expected. I think it is already having a positive impact. You can expect to see me at more of those classes in the future too.

I have had pelvic floor issues for years – twin pregnancies and no time for postnatal exercises certainly contributed. I’ve done Pilates on and off for many years but since I ‘found’ Chloe’s class I’ve discovered that my pelvic floor is not a write off! I realise now that I am in control. I’ve also done Chloe’s pelvic floor sessions which have helped me considerably. I am aware of my pelvic floor and use the exercises Chloe has taught to tighten things up at times of stress. Coughing and sneezing are no longer terrifying! I now incorporate pelvic floor exercises into my daily life and really look forward to the classes as I can now multi task with the exercises.
