WHAT'S INSIDE OFF THE KEGEL

Live weekly Pilates Prolapse-safe. Kegel-free. We work the muscles around the pelvis, free up the ribs, and build strength your body can handle. Every class recorded if you can't make it live.

Monthly Q&A with me Bring your questions, your symptoms, and the worries you can't get answers to anywhere else. We work through them properly.

A growing recording library Every class, every Q&A, every workshop. There whenever you need it.

A private community A group of women who've been where you are. No judgement, no kegel-pushing, no toxic positivity.

ABOUT ME

I'm Chloe. Pelvic health physiotherapist and Pilates instructor based in Nottingham. Fifteen-plus years in physio, five in pelvic health, 12 teaching Pilates.

I built Off the Kegel because too many women come into my clinic having been failed by the system. Dismissed by GPs. Fobbed off with "just do your kegels." Told their symptoms are normal because they've had babies, hit menopause or just because. I'm sure you have your own story to tell.

They're not normal. There's another way. This is it.

COMMON QUESTIONS

When does the membership open? Wednesday 22nd July. You'll get a few days' notice by email so you can be ready.

Do I need to be doing Pilates already? No. The classes are designed for beginners and for women with prolapse, diastasis, and any pelvic floor symptoms. We work at your pace. I'm in the group to answer questions, and there's a monthly live Q&A on top of that.

What if I have a Grade 4 or 5 prolapse? The membership is for Grades 1-3. For Grade 4-5 you may need one-to-one rehab first. Email me at [email protected] and we can talk about what's best for you and your symptoms.

Can I really cancel any time? Yes. Genuinely. Your free month is commitment-free and there are no awkward exit questions.

Is it safe if I have stress incontinence or pain? Yes. That's exactly what it's built for. If a movement doesn't feel right in a class, you stop. No "push through" culture here. I'm in the group to answer questions. You know your body better than anyone. Trust yourself.

How is this different from a regular Pilates class? Most Pilates classes assume you've got a "normal" pelvic floor. We don't. We start from the assumption that yours is overworked, gripping, and exhausted. We work from there.
